Pomječajte po 25 g:
- stolisnika
- kamilice
- bazge
- lipe
- šipka
- majčine dušice.
Dvije žlice mješavine prokuhajte jednu minutu u litri vode.
Dodoajte sok od pola limuna, zasladite prirodnim medom, čaj pijte sto topliji, čime će te poboljšati i znojenje.
